Aww. The Buddies were back in action for the premiere of "Space Buddies," Disney's latest foray into the world of talking dogs. The premiere was held at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on January 31, 2009. After the packed screening, guests were invited to go across the street for food, games, and a chance to mingle with the movie's canine and human stars.

On hand were writer/director Robert Vince, co-writer/producer Anna McRoberts, actors Diedrich Bader, Bill Fagerbakke, Josh Flitter, Skyler Gisondo, Reed Alexander ("iCarly") and Robert Davi ("Stargate: Atlantis").

My cub reporter, Alexandria, invited two of her school friends, Suelynn and Hannah. They had never been to a premiere party before. When I asked them how they liked it, they exclaimed, "This is great!"

The movie "Space Buddies" is now available on DVD and Blu-ray.
